Homemade Berry Smoothies

    Lately,
I've been on this diet, eat healthy and exercise as much as possible routine.. I must say I have been feeling really good (besides the pain from exercising). The best part of the healthy eating though for me is the homemade fruit smoothies! As yummy as they are...they are just as nutritious and each single fruit does it's own  to help nurture and energize your body. Take for instance;
Strawberries Support:  Eyesight -Health,Brain Stimulation,Circulation,Heart Health
Oranges Support: The Fight Of Cancer,Heart Health,Circulation,Skin Health
Peaches Support: Eyesight Health,Heart Health,Improved Digestion,Kidney Function
Bananas Support: Improved Mood,Stress Relief,Healthy Blood Pressure Levels
Pineapples Support: Circulation,Tissue Repair,Immune System,Memory Function
Blueberries Support: Improved Mood,Eyesight Health,Stress Relief,Circulation
Raspberries Support: Improved Mood,Eyesight Health,Stress Relief
Papayas Support: Cardiovascular Function,Immune System,Heart Health
Coconuts Support: Kidney Function,Muscle Growth
      That's not even half of the fruit out there either! Anyway's they are yummy for breakfast, or a yummy treat and they are easy to make. As long as you have a blender! Here are a few combinations that I thought out, and tried. They were really yummy...3 of them *will highlight her Name* came from a friend. And I am sure they are delicious. Hope you Enjoy!
